Compensation: $70.00 hourly
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental practice 4 days per week.
Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment. We are seeking a hygienist who genuinely enjoys working with children and is passionate about helping young patients develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care for pediatric patients
Take dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
Perform fluoride treatments and other preventive procedures
Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and cavity prevention
Create a positive, comfortable, and age-appropriate experience for patients
Assist with behavior guidance and help children feel comfortable during their visits
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with parents, the dentist, and the dental team
Follow OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
Current Dental Hygiene license in Maryland
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, compassionate, and comfortable working with children of all ages
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to create a fun experience for our young patients
4-day work week { Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday} - No Wednesdays
