**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Ortho Assistant to join our team and provide support to orthodontists in a dental practice. The Ortho Assistant will assist with orthodontic procedures, prepare patients for treatment, and maintain patient records.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist orthodontists during procedures and treatments.
2. Prepare patients for orthodontic treatment by taking X-rays, impressions, and photos.
3. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and care instructions.
4. Sterilize and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
5. Manage patient records accurately and efficiently.
6. Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
7. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
8. Work collaboratively with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Certification or Associate Degree in Dental Assisting preferred.
2. Prior experience working in a dental office or orthodontic practice.
3. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
7. Certification in CPR is a plus.
8. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
