**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team, serving two North Charleston locations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, passionate about working with kids, and dedicated to creating positive and stress-free orthodontic experiences.

**Requirements:**
- Prior customer service or sales experience; dental background is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Preferred Dental Radiology Certification.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options preferred.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.

**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome and comfort children during dental visits.
- Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and financing options fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure accurate treatment documentation completion.
- Schedule and confirm appointments effectively.
- Create engaging and enjoyable experiences for children to maintain a welcoming environment.

- Flexible schedule with daytime hours and no night shifts.
