We are seeking an Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting patients in scheduling and coordinating orthodontic treatment plans. This role involves ensuring patients understand their treatment options, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service.


- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office setting
- Knowledge of orthodontic treatment procedures and terminology
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments for initial consultations, follow-ups, and orthodontic procedures
- Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Prepare and maintain patient records and treatment plans
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care
- Coordinate with orthodontists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Address patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Stay current on orthodontic industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide accurate information to patients

Work Environment:
The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will primarily work in a dental or orthodontic office setting.
