Bi-lingual Ortho Treatment Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ortho Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in a dental or orthodontic practice by managing the patient experience from initial consultation to the completion of treatment. They are responsible for educating patients on treatment options, coordinating appointments, handling billing and insurance claims, and ensuring a smooth process throughout the orthodontic treatment.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Engage with patients to provide information on orthodontic treatment plans and answer any questions.
2. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatment procedures while ensuring efficient patient flow.
3. Coordinate with orthodontists, dental assistants, and other team members to deliver high-quality care.
4. Process billing, insurance claims, and payment collections accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Maintain patient records and update information as needed in compliance with privacy regulations.
6. Monitor inventory of orthodontic supplies and assist in ordering new supplies as necessary.
7. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure patient satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the administrative staff to optimize the overall patient experience and clinic operations.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in dental assisting or healthcare administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic office, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
3. Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures, terminology, and treatment plans.
4. Proficiency in dental software systems for scheduling, billing, and electronic health records.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
6. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Understanding of insurance processes and experience in handling insurance claims for patients.
