Ortho Treatment Coordinator

Department: Ortho Office Non-Clinical
Location: North Charleston, SC

Our Ortho program in Charleston is GROWING! We are looking for a part-time Treatment Coordinator to work between 2 offices.

We are seeking a highly motivated ortho treatment coordinator with a great attitude who is fun, detail oriented, compassionate and loves treating children to join our state of the art, modern practice.

We have great offices with an energetic team and a diverse patient base. We are committed to the highest standard of care and have made waves in the community with our customer service and want an energetic, pro-active employee that loves their job and shares our values to help children achieve a lifetime of great oral health and healthy habits!

Key Responsibilities:

· Greeting patients and assisting with their scheduling and financial needs

· Schedule and mange new patient and treatment appointments

· Handle and responds promptly to incoming calls, texts, e-mails, voicemails, or faxes

· Schedules and confirms appointment dates and times

· Checking insurance eligibility and orthodontic coverage

· Check patients in and out

· Process and present financial contracts with patients

· Present treatment plans

· Perform end of day procedures, balance accounts and prepare deposits daily

· Follow up on all patient referrals, unscheduled treatment plans and recalls
