Responsibilities:

• Travel to 6 + dental offices/ month across the country
• Consult dental offices via zoom and phone calls and effectively hit client and company goals
• Prepare and execute and train staff.
• Set goals with offices and ensure they hit them
• Consult on all things Ortho and business development- Exceptional treatment presentation, Effective Scheduling, Internal referral processes, Orthodontic Billing and Accounts Receivable, Overhead control, Business growth, doctor onboarding.
• Work on company growth projects to ensure we are always offer the best treatment and experience to our families.
• Work with and collaborate with the RDO to set and drive vision and strategy for the company in the market.
• Maintain our annual growth while managing the budget wisely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA a plus!
• Management: 1 year (Preferred) ,Two or more years of experience in similar roles.
• Denticon dental software is a plus
• Full-time - This is a 40-hour/week position
