**Requirements:**

- Customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.
- Dental Radiology Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options preferred.
- Must be dependable with attention to detail.
- CPR Certification is required.

**Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and make kids feel comfortable.
- Present orthodontic treatment plans, explain insurance coverage & financing options.
- Ensure accurate treatment documentation and scheduling of appointments.
- Create a fun and engaging experience for each child.
- Maintain a kid-friendly environment and ensure smooth patient flow.

**Schedule:**

- Flexible daytime hours with no nights.
