**Job Summary:**

Lone Peak Dental Group, a prominent Dental Service Organization (DSO), is in search of a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accountant to become part of our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our accounting department, utilizing your extensive experience and knowledge to support our financial functions.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience required.
- Experience working in an accounting department with high transaction volume is advantageous.
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Sage-Intact, is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and utilizing advanced formulas.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to handle large amounts of data with analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Skilled in team management, coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prioritization skills to manage workload effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee accounting activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and budget preparations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Handle multi-company and inter-company accounting processes.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Lead and develop accounting staff through coaching and mentoring.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Office Location: Denver Tech Center (local candidate preferred)
- Compensation: $75k-$95k per year
