Position: Procurement & Facilities Coordinator

Headquarters Location: Smile Center, Denver, CO

Your Workspace: Primarily Remote (with a heaping dash of travel), you may be asked to come to the Smile Center in Denver on occasion

Compensation: $65K - $72K

Your Role in Our Story:

  • Develop new strategies to meet procurement KPIs – spark joy in saving.
  • Facilitate remote training sessions that captivate, engage, and empower.
  • Host and manage project calls for relocations, renovations, and acquisition vendor integration.
  • Assist in evaluating current practice locations to identify maintenance, and possible risk to mitigate down time.
  • Assess potential sites for relocations or de novo locations.
  • Collaborate with department and office leaders to identify and fulfill purchasing needs.
  • Seek procurement innovation and efficiency, bringing the latest and greatest ideas to our team.
  • Invested in learning more about the latest clinical imaging technology to include AI assisted filters and imaging equipment.
  • Review current vendor spend to consolidate buying power.
  • Analyze current procurement spend to advise Procurement of beneficial strategy changes.
  • Create system and process to streamline ordering to save time for the end user.
  • Communicate opportunities and ideas for progress within our organization with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Create and facilitate learning calls for field leadership.
  • Cultivate partnerships with our doctors and partners to educate and engage new systems, vendors, or products.
  • Integrate Acquisition offices into our vendor platforms for a smooth transition.
  • Create reference guides for processes for internal and vendor platforms.
  • Craft Standard Operating Processes (SOP) for purchasing and facilities.
  • Support and assist the Director of Facilities and Procurement in any related tasks.

Our Ideal Champion has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, or Procurement or a related field or relevant job related experience.
  • Experienced in negotiation, sales, and purchasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and SmartSheet.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • An innovative mindset, creative solution-seeking drive, a quest for effective strategy, an affinity for forecasting, and critical thinking skills.
