**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team in North Charleston. As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for kids and teens visiting our office. Your role will involve presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance coverage and financing options, and ensuring a fun and engaging environment for our young patients.

**Qualifications:**

- Customer Service or sales experience required, dental experience preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Dental Radiology Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options.
- CPR Certification is required.

**Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and ensure a comfortable experience for kids.
- Present treatment plans and explain insurance coverage & financing options in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure accurate completion of treatment documentation.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Create a fun and engaging experience for each patient.
- Maintain a kid-friendly environment and ensure smooth patient flow.

- Flexible Schedule with daytime hours, no nights required.
