**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and assist with various dental procedures. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, and providing support to the dental team.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification preferred.
- X-ray certification a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures.
- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments.
- Take and develop dental x-rays.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental software systems.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on advancements in dental technology.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and empathy for patient care.
