Key Highlights:

• Location: Luray VA
• Patient Base: Adult & Family care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
• Mon-Thursday 8-5 lunch 12-1 Fridays 8-1 pm
• Technology: Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 (Full-Time)
• Guaranteed Minimum(90-days): $700-$1,000 per day (depending on experience)
• Production Bonus: 30-35% of adj collection
• Additional Benefits (Full-time): Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance
• Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available.

Candidate Requirements:

• Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Virginia dental license.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating families.
