Smiles 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who enjoys treating peds to join our friendly and fun dental practice in Farmington, NM

Ownership Opportunity: We are offering up to 20% ownership stake in Smiles for Kids - Farmington. This is a unique chance to invest in a thriving practice and enjoy the benefits of ownership while making a difference in children's lives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Earnings: $300K - $350K
  • Relocation Assistance: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and their guardians in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for all patients.
- Address patient and guardian questions and concerns effectively.
- Educate patients and guardians on oral hygiene and health.
- Communicate with Dental Assistants and Hygienists about patient care.
- Handle patient complaints promptly and refer when necessary.
- Perform clinical dentistry functions efficiently.
- Diagnose dental needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Thoroughly document patient charts, including medical history and past dental work.
- Provide treatment for dental diseases and restore tooth function and aesthetics.
- Utilize kind and respectful behavior modification techniques.

Position Requirements:

- D.D.S. or D.M.D. or in process of attaining
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
- CPR certification.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Compassionate and caring towards patients.
