**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator I to join our team and assist healthcare providers in managing patient care efficiently. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and facilitating communication between patients and staff.

**Qualifications:**
- (preferred) Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- (preferred) Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to quickly learn medical software.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- (preferred) Spanish speaking.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups in accordance with provider schedules
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
- Assist in managing referrals to specialty providers as directed by healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care coordination

**Hours**
- Part time Position
- ~20 hours weekly
- Tuesdays: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Fridays: 7:45 am - 2:00 pm

**Pay Rate:**
- Competitive pay based on experience and skills
- $15 - $18
