Job Summary: The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in the orthodontic practice, acting as a liaison between the orthodontist, patients & their parents and team.

They are responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to the completion of orthodontic treatment, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Kids Dental is looking for an Ortho Treatment Coordinator one day per week!

1. Treatment Coordination:

   • Collaborate with orthodontists to develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their diagnosis and preferences.
   • Schedule appointments for patients, including orthodontic adjustments, appliance placements, and removals.
   • Coordinate with other dental professionals, such as orthodontic assistants, to ensure seamless patient care.

2. Patient Relationship Management:

   • Build rapport with our pediatric patients and families, fostering a positive and supportive environment throughout the treatment process.
   • Maintain regular communication with patients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during treatment.
3. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of orthodontic terminology, procedures, and treatment modalities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
