We are seeking an Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team and assist in coordinating orthodontic treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong background in customer service.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with dental software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups for orthodontic treatment plans
- Assist in explaining treatment options, procedures, and financial information to patients
- Work closely with orthodontists and other staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their treatment journey
