Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing excellent oral care to our patients and assisting in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for promoting good oral health.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and oral exams for patients, including removing tartar, stains, and plaque
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and diet
- Take and develop dental x-rays as necessary
- Administer local anesthesia and apply dental sealants to prevent tooth decay
- Complete thorough charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and surgeries
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid dental hygiene license in Colorado
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficient in performing dental cleanings, oral exams, and taking dental x-rays
- Knowledgeable about oral health conditions and preventative treatments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively educate patients about oral health
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
- High level of professionalism and commitment to patient care and satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with dental software systems for patient record keeping
- CPR certified
