Our established Lanham and Largo practices are seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with pediatric experience to join our collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate provider who enjoys working with children, building relationships, and creating comfortable dental experiences for young patients.

Position Highlights

• Locations: Lanham & Largo, MD

• Schedule: Part-Time | Saturdays

• Practice Type: Multi-doctor pediatric dental practice

• Patient Base: 100% pediatric patients (under age 18)

• Insurance: Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans accepted

• Technology: Digital X-rays, Panorex, and NOMAD

Clinical Scope

Providers perform a variety of pediatric procedures, including:

• Routine children's hygiene and preventive care

• Composite fillings

• Stainless steel crowns

• Pulpotomies

• Limited extractions

Complex procedures, including adult endodontics, wisdom teeth extractions, graduated patients (18+), oral sedation, and select IV sedation cases, are referred appropriately.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a provider who:

• Is a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with pediatric experience

• Has a genuine passion for working with children

• Has a calm, positive approach with anxious young patients

• Is comfortable treating children with special healthcare needs

• Values teamwork, compassion, and patient relationships

• Enjoys working in a busy pediatric dental environment

DDS/DMD candidates with a Maryland dental license (or eligibility) are encouraged to apply.
