**Job Summary:**

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting kiddos, presenting treatment plans, and ensuring a fun and engaging experience for each patient.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency to communicate with Spanish-speaking individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options preferred.
- CPR Certification required; Dental Radiology Certification is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and comfort children during their visits.
- Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financing options.
- Ensure accurate completion of treatment documentation.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain a kid-friendly environment and ensure smooth patient flow.

**Schedule:**

- Flexible part-time schedule with daytime hours; no nights required.
