BILINGUAL PATIENT COORDINATOR

**Job Summary:**
The Patient Services Coordinator II will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Patient Services Coordinator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of insurance billing procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule patient appointments and ensure all necessary information is collected
- Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Verify insurance information and process billing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy regulations at all times
