Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on core dental practice management applications (Denticon, Cloud 9).

• Partner with software vendors to ensure alignment with Lone Peak’s strategic goals.

• Manage system configurations, security, and user access across all supported applications.

• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and partner with training teams to develop user training.

• Lead the rollout of new features, updates, and system improvements.

• Triage and resolve application support tickets (Level 1 support).

• Collaborate with clinical and business teams to optimize workflows and improve application usage.

• Support system implementations, integrations, and special projects.

• Provide data-driven insights and operational reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience supporting business applications in a multi-site environment.

• Experience with Denticon (Planet DDS) software required.

• Strong vendor management and project management skills.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly processes.

• Experience developing training content and SOP documentation.

• Experience with Cloud 9, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar.

• Familiarity with dental workflows and clinical operations.

Pay: starting at $90,000.00
